Sun-baked Clay is a block added by Scorched Earth. Along with Dried Dirt and Waterless Grass, it is used to craft the Scorched Earth Block, which is used to get to the Scorched Earth dimension when put in standard portal form.
It can be found in Mesa Biomes in small patches.
