The Corrupting Spirit is a hostile mob added by Silver's Idea Pack. It spawns rarely in Dead Forest Biomes.
Overview[]
The Corrupting Spirit has 40 HP and can float 2-4 blocks off the ground. It can fly three times as fast as the player. In addition, wherever it flies, all blocks within a 1-block radius of it will turn into the Dead Forest Biome. This makes it advisable for the player to exterminate them as fast as possible if they do not want their Dead Forest Biome to spread.
Attacks[]
- The Corrupting Spirit will melee-attack the player, dealing
of damage. This makes it as strong as a Zombie in melee. - It may also fire a projectile called Corrupting Fire at the player. This will set them on fire and give them the
Wither I effect should it hit.
